Purging Plug Firebrick for refining ladles is made of slab corundum as the granular material, the plate-shaped corundum fine powder and the chrome oxide fine powder as fine powder, and the calcium aluminate cement as binder. At high temperatures, chromium oxide and aluminum oxide form a high-temperature solid solution, and at the same time with a small amount of magnesium oxide form a partial solid solution of MgO-Cr2O3-MgO-Al2O3.
Seat Block Firebrick for refining ladles is made of plate-shaped corundum, α-Al2O3 micropowder, industrial chrome oxide and spinel, and pure calcium aluminate cement as binder.
Purging Plug and Seat Block Features
1. Breathable bricks are highly aggressive and resistant to Fe2O3 or slag, and can effectively prevent the penetration and erosion of steel slag at high temperatures.
2. The resistance of the brick to the oxidation of iron oxide slag is significantly enhanced, and it has the characteristics of thermal shock resistance and erosion resistance.
