Soft Mullite poly insulation brick JM23 JM26 JM28
Mullite insulation fire brick is made of stintered mullite clinker, industrial alumina, conbined with clay as the raw materials, produced by combustible method, chemical method or foam method to a porous structure. The product density can be 0.6g/cm3, and the working temp can reach 1450℃. Commonly used mullite thermal insulation brick in the market with volume density of 0.75-1.2g/cm3, working temperature is 1200-1400℃.
Mullite insulation fire brick can be directly exposed to the flame, with features of
1, High strengh, the cold crushing strength is 2.0-5.9MPa
