White Light weight Alumina bubble fire brick 90%Al2O3 high alumina refractory brick for high temp kilns
Alumina bubble is a new kind of high temperature heat insulation material. Bases on alumina bubble as the main body, it can be made into various shapes, the highest operating temperature 1800 ℃, the product with high mechanical strength that is general light products several times, and the bulk density is only half of the corundum products.
Alumina bubble fire brick uses alumina bubble and alumina powder as the main raw material, combined with other binder, through 1750 degrees high temperature firing which is a kind of ultra-high temperature energy-saving insulation materials.
Alumina bubble fire brick Features:
1. High operating temperature: It can reach over 1750 degrees, with good thermal shock resistance, small reheat linear change and durability.
2, Lightweight: Commonly used refractory materials belong to heavy bricks with volume density generally 2.6-3.0 g/cm3, alumina bubble brick only 1.1-1.5 g/cm3, thus reducing 1.1-1.9 tons per volume.
3, Energy saving: Alumina bubble has obvious thermal insulation properties, low thermal conductivity which have very good heat preservation effect, and can reduce the heat dissipation, increase thermal efficiency, thereby achieve the purpose of saving energy. The energy saving effect can reach more than 30%.
Alumina bubble fire brick Application: Alumina bubble brick can be used for high temperature kilns such as shuttle kiln.
