Corundum self-flow wear-resisting castable uses corundum aggregates as the main material, added with various of admixture and high efficiency watering reducing agents, liquid agents to enhance the flowing property.

In the case of not increasing water consumption, the product can flow only depends on the self-weight and potential energy difference, and in the state of non-vibration, the construction can be done in the places of clamps and unshakeable areas, which has a good quality of construction. It’s the self-flow castable with high wear-resistance, high-temp resistance, strong impact, high thermal shock resisatanc, good self-flow property.

Mainly used for the difficult construction, wearing and tearing badly parts of the lining of CFB boiler and other thermal equipment. And widely used in metallurgical industry, non-ferrous metal industry, petro chemical industry, cement industry and building industry etc.

In the construction process, mixing dry material and additive (admixture, adhesive) by the mixer for 1-3 minutes, then stirring with water (the water content: about 5.5%, Ph6-8).
