MgO-Cr2O3-MgO-Al2O3 purging plug brick for refining ladles and Seat block brick for refining ladles
Purging plug brick for refining ladles is made of slab corundum as the granular material, the plate-shaped corundum fine powder and the chrome oxide fine powder as fine powder, and the calcium aluminate cement as binder. At high temperatures, chromium oxide and aluminum oxide form a high-temperature solid solution, and at the same time with a small amount of magnesium oxide form a partial solid solution of MgO-Cr2O3-MgO-Al2O3.
Seat block brick for refining ladles is made of plate-shaped corundum, α-Al2O3 micropowder, industrial chrome oxide and spinel, and pure calcium aluminate cement as binder.
