Refractory spray coating uses clay clinker as raw material, mixed with a variety of micro powder additives, and cement as the binder. In the furnace it should be sprayed with the construction of unshaped refractories. By using guns during construction, refractories in the pipeline with compressed air or mechanical pressure to get a sufficient speed, sprayed onto the spray surface to form a solid spray coating.
The refractory spray coating is mainly used in blast furnace, hot blast stove and outlet trench, electric furnace, ladle and secondary refining furnace, soaking furnace and heating furnace , tube heating furnace, boiler, flue and chimney etc.
