Widely used High Alumina Fire Proof brick in Steel industry Al2O3≥48%
High Alumina Fire Proof Brick takes high grade bauxite clinker as the main raw material, the Al2O3 content is more than 48%, it is a neutral refractory mainly used in the low part of blast furnace, hot blast stove, rotary kiln lining etc.
High Alumina Fire Proof Brick Features:
1, High refractoriness, its higher than fireclay bricks and semi-silica bricks, can up tp 1750℃~1790℃.
2, High refractoriness under lode, because high-Al products are with high Al2O3 content and little impurities which form little fusible glass vitreous, thus the R.U.L is higher than fireclay bricks.
3, Good slag resistance, high-Al brick is a neutral refractory material, can resist the acid and alkaline alsg erosion.
4, High temp performance and good thermal stability.
