Mullite poly Insulation Bricks can be directly exposed to the flame, with high temperature, high strength, energy saving effect and so on. Jundao(Henan) New Materials Co., Ltd provides a wide range formulations of insulation bricks with strictly classified fillings according to their grades. These fillings can form a uniform pore structure after burnt during the process of manufacture by combustible method, chemical method or foam method.
In the market, commonly used mullite poly insulation brick with volume density of 0.75-1.2g/cm3, cold crushing strength of 2.0-5.9MPa, thermal conductivity of 0.22-0.44w/(m.k), working temperature is 1200-1400℃.
