Refractory castables for the working lining of reheating furnace are usually made of low cement castables. Because of the advantages of high strength, good volume stability and good construction performance, low cement bonding castables are widely used in thermal furnaces and kilns. However, in the process of selecting the furnace lining castable, most designers of the thermal kiln at home and abroad think that the products with high alumina content in the castables have better performances than those with low alumina content in all aspects, therefore in the process of selecting the castables, choose more products with higher alumina content. This is especially true on reheating furnaces.
Features:
