Alumina Magnesium Carbon Brick is made of super high alumina bauxite or corundum sand, magnesia sand and flaky graphite, added with appropriate Si powder, Al powder, SiC powder, takes resin as binder, molding under high stress which can be used after processing at 200~300 ℃ that without burning.
Alumina Magnesium Carbon Brick has the advantages of:
Low porosity
Strong resistance to slag erosion that can balance erosion
Good thermal shock resistance & spalling resistance
Safe use, less slag staining, and easy unpacking.
Alumina Magnesium Carbon Brick is mainly used for ladle lining, molten pool parts and bottoms of large-scale tundish and RF, large converters and ultra-high-power electric furnace etc.
