Leakage Resistant castable Refractory is mainly used in the bottom of electrolytic cell, the lower part of the cathode magnet. The product can strengthen the thermal insulation capacity of the bottom of the cell, reduce the heat loss of the bottom of the cell, increase the temperature of the cathode carbon block itself, and reduce the temperature gradient between the bottom and the top of the cathode carbon block.


Leakage Resistant castable Refractory Features:

1, High leakage resistance, it can react with the electrolyte that leaks along the cracks of the cathode             magnet, and produce a high viscosity liquid phase which can effectively prevent further leakage.

2, Convenient construction that improve working efficiency.

3, Low themal conductivity which can reduce the heat loss of the bottom of the cell.
